PrivaCY policy

Introduction

Rocket Learning (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to collecting and processing your personal data responsibly and in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) and other applicable laws.

This Policy applies to personal data that we collect directly through our website and social media platforms, where Rocket Learning acts as the Data Fiduciary, that is, the entity that decides why and how your personal data is processed. Where Rocket Learning processes personal data on behalf of government departments or partner organisations under separate, documented programme agreements, that processing is governed by those agreements, and the relevant government department or partner organisation may be the Data Fiduciary for that data. Where we rely on your consent for a specific purpose, such as using your photograph for external communications, we will ask for that consent separately and clearly. In these cases, you may withdraw consent at any time without penalty and without affecting your access to our programs.

This Policy should be read together with our End User Agreement for Rocket Learning’s website and Social Media which explains your responsibilities when interacting with us through these channels. By continuing to use our website/social media, you confirm that you have read and understood both documents.
